Commented Issue: Connection Settings for LiveWriter?

I have the demo site setup ok and now I am trying to setup the LiveWriter. I went through the Add Blog Service Wizard and I do not know what Blog Provider to select. I tried picking a couple of them and changing the Remote posting URL to http://yourinstallpath/metaweblog.axd. However when I try to publish content I get the following exception: Server Error 02 Occurred Unknown Method. (metaWeblog.newPost).

How do I configure LiveWriter to manage HydrogenCMS?

Update: I was able to get it to work by using the 'Movable Type API' Provider within Live Writer. I am not sure if any others work but I tried quite a few and this was the only one I was able to do anything,

Created Issue: Admin page - skin chooser

Admin page - skin chooser does not retains the currently selected skin.
If you change skin to "Isotope" for example, skin changes but when you go to admin page it says "dafault" so if you just save your skin changes back to default.
Desidered behaviour: when the skin is changed the skin dropdown should select the current skin.

COMMENTED ISSUE: Title wrong html encode/decode

Title of pages is wrongly encoded when displayed in HorizontalMenu.ascx.cs :
- Title is stored encoded (correct behavior)
- In HorizontalMenu.ascx.cs, line 47, HttpUtility.HtmlEncode() is called
- Html.ActionLink encodes all inputs.

The only way I found to prevent this was to call HttpUtility.HtmlDecode() instead of HttpUtility.HtmlEncode() :
buffer += Html.ActionLink(HttpUtility.HtmlDecode(page.Title), "View", "Page", new { slug = page.Slug }) + "</li>\n";

Thanks for not only pointing this out, but proposing the fix. Ill push it in the next release.
